Born from real frustration
After years of working on platform teams at fast-growing companies, we kept hitting the same walls: cloud bills that grew faster than the product, CI/CD pipelines held together with hand-written YAML, Terraform state files that nobody wanted to touch, and Kubernetes clusters running overnight for no reason.
